The mattress is dense but still maintains a plush feel.

There is just the right amount of give in the top layer. This mattress feels expensive but is at a great price point compared to other mattress that are out there.

Smooth process, with a firm mattress

This is our 2nd Novosbed firm mattress. This one seems to weigh a little less and took a little longer to break in from being too firm, but we love it and are glad we bought another one.

Q: Why is the comfort kit so HOT? Like seriously changing the sheets I don't see it helping that much. The bed was really nice and perfect temp but not firm enough. The kit makes it firm enough but super hot.

Q: Are you planning to move into the 21st Century anytime soon ? That you are still in the world of pounds and stones, feet and inches, Kings and Queens etc is extraordinary, time to move on I would suggest, before you lose more potential customers, like me !
No one needs the hassle of looking for a relevant online "Conversion Table" , time is pretty important to most people these days.
I am not really sure why I am bothering to write this mail, time would be better spent checking on other outlets in order to get hold of a new mattress rather than trying to interpret Kings and Queens sizes from Novosbed, but if it urges you to move into a new world and retain a few new customers then I guess I will have achieved something today.

Q: Is the foundation flexible enough to go around corners? Can it be folded in half?

A: Hi, David. For our foundations, assembly is required. Our foundations are made with unfinished North American pine. Therefore, they are not flexible. However, you can assemble and disassemble your foundation should you ever have to move residences or the foundation from one room to another.

One person build, complete

I put this together by myself w hand screwing all screws & bolts in about 2-3hrs. Very easy to follow instructions but would be easier w electric drill, make sure you have space large enough to lay it all out & move around it. Cover went on real nice & smooth! Beautiful!

Q: Are there exactly 13 slats for all sizes? If so, the distance between each slat would vary depending on the foundation length. Is the "13 slat / 3 inch" figure for a certain size? Specifically for a Full/Double, how many slats are included, and what would be the exact spacing between slats?

A: All foundations have 13 slats, the variation is the width (side to side) to accommodate each mattress size. The dimensions are 2.375" slats, spaced 3" apart.

A: The foundation would replace a box spring in a traditional style bed. There are no legs to it.

A: They can be used on an adjustable base provided it isn't a wire grid version (not terribly common). As there is a lot of customizability involved with adjustable bases, we do not recommend one over another.
